I love the fact that Shelvey's performances are rewarding Rafa's belief.

Rafa's got this. 3-0 to us. -
Is Sessegnon a left back? We need a left back. Maybe they could both do a job at the toon.

I'm not going all out crazy and predicting a win, but we are gathering a lovely momentum. I fully expected to lose narrowly to Leicester and expect the same here. Arsenal are clearly better than Leicester, but our strength is making everybody look average and there is no reason we can't do the sme against Arsenal. Same team, same levels of commitment and I know I'll be happy. -

One of the benefits of our defensive solidity is that he has the confidence to try them. -
Sky are already preparing a fly on the wall, Kardashianesque series.

I don't think so personally. I feel that both Mitro and Gayle work best playing off another striker, and not many clubs in the Premier do that nowadays. Maybe he could be more effective in a team which pressed high up, but until we see him impressing regularly in the Premier we won't really know. Isn't it always the case that he'll be dreadful, except against us.

A 23 year old premiership forward and 5m for a 27 year old championship midfielder? In what world does that make sense? I mean Cairney has been at fulham 3 years now and they have failed to get promotion, Mitro has been there half a week and there is a chance he will promote them. Other factors are involved of course. It will be interesting to see what kind of impact he has in the play-offs.

100% pear?

Should be part of the medical for future transfers.

Not really. Quite a few were bleating on about his goals per minute record at Palace when the reason he started so little was because he wasn't good enough to play week in, week out. It's really a weird one. The chances he's missing he would put away comfortably in the championship.

I said he would benefit from the presence of Slimani.

You took the words right out of my mouth. #metoo. -
It wasn't his most effective performance. A lot wasn't coming off for him, but he kept trying and in the end created the goal that won us 3 points.

Various: Mike Ashley in talks with Sheikh Khaled bin Zayed Al Nehayan

It's an instant reaction now, but when I see the thread title my brain goes into full on tourettes and just shouts "CUNT!". It's weird. I can't say "CUNT!" no matter how hard I try. Every time I try to say "CUNT!" it comes out as "Mike Ashley". -
Dummett's return has made Lascelles' job a lot easier.
-
My first thoughts. But i suppose he may have been a disrupting presence.

Got an inkling that's from his first spell. I can picture the goal you mean perfectly but have absolutely no idea who it was against or when. Brighton 83-84. Lobbed Joe Corrigan, who was unofficially recognised as the tallest man in the world, at the time.
