Aye he was. But time has a habit of wiping the slate, if you don't continue to shit on it. I have fond memories from Pardew's time that will always last longer than my hatred. Bruce has left no such memories. I was actually gutted when things [miraculously] went right for him.

Jack Charlton was a shite manager, for us, and I almost grew to hate him. But he held up his hands and admitted he wasn't enough. I grew to respect Charlton so much after he left us. Bruce had the opportunity to be as humble.

Manquillo struggles for focus when he first comes into the team, so he's not ideal as cover. Needs to be a starter somewhere. Krafth seems to slot in without much trouble.

Stuart Pearce was 35 when he signed for us. Played 3 full seasons for Forest before that. Agree we should be looking to the future, but I think a year understudying Trippier and Krafth won't do any harm.
