I’d imagine above all else with regards to the keeping situation this season, Eddie wants Pope and Trafford as 1 and 2 (order tbc…). After that, it’s probably get Dubs to Saudi to at least get the wages off the books. Then it seems he prefers Ruddy to Vlad in the (likely) non-playing role and associated training/off-field stuff. If they could organise some kind of loan for Vlad, I’m sure they would, but tbf to him it seems he has a young family, so you can understand he doesn’t just want to fuck off anywhere. And then there’s Gillespie for the bantz and organising the night at the darts.

RyDog says it’s a one-year extension for Ruddy. Although tweeting it like that with a picture of Wilson is naughty.

Haven’t heard anything for three days

Does his value maintain through him being an unused sub? The early rounds of the cup will have to be reserved for whoever isn’t playing between Pope and (hopefully) Trafford. It’s a bit of a shit situation all round involving poor Vladdy, but that was the price on the ‘get out of PSR jail’ ticket.

Make use of him how? He’s not going to play bar a disaster, and whilst probably a decent enough bloke/pro, he isn’t really the kind of keeper that a lot of clubs seem to want as third choice. Hopefully Dubravka can still get his move to Saudi.

Miley doesn’t count as an academy player due to age. But effectively doesn’t make any difference at present, as we’d name 21 players on our A list and he’d be one of the ones on the B list.

I’d imagine Dubravka goes if and when Trafford comes in. Vladdy’s the one that is kinda here when he shouldn’t be, but not much we can do about that.

Must still be the early Sat ko given our match with Villa is on there.

As a general rule of thumb, if you are ‘offered’ the chance to sign a player, say no.

Better than any striker they currently have tbf

Exactly. And tbf he’s a very eloquent speaker. Obviously when scrutinised, even slightly, it’s generally a load of old bollocks, but he delivers it in a clear, concise manner, which people often find easier to listen to than someone speaking sense, but in a less eloquent way.
-
Because it’s not his real opinion. He just says whatever will cause the biggest response.

Any reason we should be paying attention to NUFCJordd?

For all the stick local journos get about doing stuff for clicks and engagement, people like him are an actual different level in that regard.

Tbf, he was talking about when we bid for him last summer.
