They’ve been in the EL and ECL the last three seasons.

Nah, it’s all done now

Four pots of nine teams Get drawn against two teams from each pot (including your own) Don’t play teams home and away anymore, just either or (so four at home and four away) Only supposed to be allowed to play two teams from the same country and none from your own, but due to various scenarios that nobody understands, both of those instances are technically possible.

How else is he gonna know who he should be trying to sign?

People need to realise that they aren’t going to pay anywhere near the wages required to get any of these players that are getting mentioned. They operate on a completely different financial model to the last time they were in the PL. Not that that’s necessarily a bad thing mind, but the days of them paying the wages to attract ‘names’ are long gone.

Can’t be many clubs that manage to have their biggest game of the season on consecutive days.
-
Would appear that contractually they’re not allowed to show another game.

Looks like Trippier’s involved going by his Insta

You might have to make a certain number of posts before you can see it? @Rich will know.

Time to find out the validity of the claim from the powers that be that the ‘bubble trip’ last season was only due to the size of the allocation stands up…

Combined mileage from SJP to grounds of relegated clubs = 807 miles Combined mileage from SJP to grounds of promoted clubs = 234 miles

Would he? Because it seems he’s on absolutely nowhere near that at the minute. Appreciate he’d want a significant rise, and tbh, so he should if he’s being bought for something like £40m+, but I think he would accept a lot less than that. Who knows though? All just hypothetical .
-
He might be absolutely shite (you’ll have watched far more of him than me..) but there’s obviously a reason he gets picked every week. I mean I watched Alcaraz when he came on for him on Sunday, and he was… absolutely shite… although tbf others on here have said that’s not representative of him, but Moyes obviously much prefers Doucoure to him.
-
Moyes said in his presser today Doucoure has “already accepted a higher offer to go somewhere else” (might be paraphrasing a bit). Appreciate he’s played virtually every game, and probably agreed to go wherever he’s going a while ago, but given the circumstances around this game, would he really want to play in it?

Genuinely think Mainoo could be a Howe-type player. Excellent physical attributes, positional versatility (to a degree). Wouldn’t be in ahead of the starting three (obviously) at the moment, but if, as seems likely to me, Longstaff leaves, he significantly improves depth. The article in the Sun (aye, I know, I know…) today claims they’re “certain” to sell him and Garnacho. Says £55m for Mainoo, which is probably a bit too steep IMO, but get it closer to £40m and I like it. Relatively low wages too, so could probably offer him a substantial increase without too much bother. Imagine taking a 20-year old England international off Man Utd…

Comes to something when I’d almost (almost!) rather Chelsea qualified ahead of Forest, because the fat twat in charge is such a cry baby.

If Sky had anything about them, they’d make a change to which one they’re showing… https://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/football/articles/c77164p88kjo -
Any idea where that total net spend places us over the five years, rather than just each individual year?

When you sell you ‘book’ the full fee straightaway, regardless of whether it’s actually paid in instalments.

Can’t really see the likes of Ndiaye, Beto or Mykolenko giving a shining shite that Pickford’s from Sunderland so wants to beat Newcastle. I’m not even sure Pickford’s that bothered really.

Nah, can’t see it.
