Seems just opponents. May possibly know the the weeks we play each team but not the dates (not sure about that. Would think everything will be sorted by Monday at the latest. -

Not definitively. We might have a good idea, but not sure it’ll be enough to book flights etc on. -

It’s to do with teams being ‘paired’ for TV reasons. They must need to be in the opposite half to Barcelona. If you watch the video that Yorkie posted it explains at about the 22 min mark -
That experience may be tested at some point tomorrow evening…
-
Then you can throw in the odd, ‘actually I won’t go to the match this week, what do you want to do instead’? Credit in the bank. *this is always applicable for international weekends too.
-
Just tell her you’ve got a ticket every game and go to the pub.
-
I’d give them a pass for Brentford, as the date still hasn’t been confirmed but no reason for Burnley not to be done earlier.
-
Fair enough. I’d probably agree improving the overall package you get for your £37, may make the lack of regular tickets slightly more palatable.
-
I’d like to think those things will improve over time. You could argue they should have waited until they had them in place in the first place, but anyway. However, even if they do eventually implement all of that kind of stuff, it still doesn’t improve anyone’s chances of getting a ticket.
-
Yeah, I agree, and I think that has been part of the problem in implementing it. You’ve had people going to loads of games, but someone else, a ST holder or another member, might have been buying the tickets all the time. They’re trying now to make sure the ticket goes against the named person, which at least creates some kind of record. However you’ve now got the problem of it being down to luck, rather than ‘loyalty’, as to whether you attend. So exactly how you use that going forward, I’m not sure.
-
Would that actually make much difference to your chances of getting a ticket then? If you’re coughing up £37, you’d probably go to £47, so we’re not really any further forward? *appreciate there seems to be other stuff on top of tickets, and whilst we need to be working on something along those lines, it’s secondary to the tickets in most people’s thinking I would have thought.
-
Whilst I don’t dispute that seems a much better system, and hope we move to some level of tiered system going forward, what criteria would you have used to establish who got what tier for this season?
-
As negatives go….

Nah, just the rounds we’re too good for

From watching the video that @Yorkie posted earlier (https://youtu.be/SvOAwM4Z_B0?si=fGs9yhLZKRUGI5CP), if you listen to the explanation at about 22 mins in, my interpretation would be yes, but not sure I’d be certain enough to book flights? What does everyone else think? -
Present the results to the club I would have thought. In fairness there’s not much more they can do. If people aren’t happy with something the best the Trust can do is flag it up / complain. I think we sometimes want the Trust to do things they don’t have the power to do.

Yep, they have to go away and discuss various complications, so exact fixture details will take another day or two. -
Lucky the ST hasn’t ended up being cancelled tbh.
-
I know every new system is going to encounter problems, but stuff like this doesn’t fill you with confidence going forward…
-
Seems like that’s happened to quite a few, so most likely a system issue, rather than something actually related to you or your tickets.
-
Yeah, there was a few kicking about, only made themselves known in the last 10 mins unsurprisingly. Nothing like on the scale of 2019 mind.
-
Indeed. Seems completely implausible unless he got a helicopter back.
-
Aye, basically if you get treatment you have to go off for a minimum of 30 seconds, unless it’s from a foul that resulted in a card. Not sure how that works when it’s a keeper mind…
