They wanted £60m last week *(according to ‘sources’, obv we actually have no idea)
-
Brentford capitulating and setting a precedent for any of their players to do this and get what they want in the future…
-
Personally, I’ve no problem with embracing such contradictory views 😂 Ultimately, if we get Wissa, I’d expect him to get dogs abuse when we go to Brentford, and he’d probably deserve it, but do I care? Not really. Just like I don’t really expect Liverpool fans to care about how Isak has gone on.
-
The thing is all this ‘he’ll do the same to you mind’ (which is predominantly used relating to Isak tbf) doesn’t really stand up. Can’t think of one player (sure someone will dig a name up) who’s gone on like a cunt multiple times to get a move away. Plus, if Wissa did decide to act the cunt in three years time, by that point he’d have very limited value anyway.

Unless Villa already have another striker lined up today with the surplus, that would be suicidal on their part.
-
That gamble Villa took in the second half of last season is proving fairly calamitous if this is what they are reduced to.
-
Sounds like a similar kind of injury to the one that stopped Isak going to Asia in pre-season…
-
Aye, but he was on next to fuck all at Stuttgart, so it’s a monumental raise, regardless of his fee.
-
Glad we’re being respectful and waiting for the door to be opened for us…

Transformational some might say.

Somewhere between 2k and 2.5k. Uefa guidance/rules is 5%, but obviously there must be caveats around that given what PSG get away with.

Useful post from NUSC: https://x.com/nusc2023/status/1961330495993659759?s=46&t=OQLMckSuatbpqWF13Al4mQ *genuinely don’t know how PSG continually get away with that allocation?

Was @Shadow Puppets not right? He said today would be d-day for Larsen. Sounds like we told them ‘you need to accept today, or we’re going elsewhere’. They didn’t accept, and we’ve now gone elsewhere.

Woltemade’s height is the new Matt Targett’s wages.

Well look who’s turned up to the party.
-
Getting him out the door to pave the way for Isak’s reintegration.
-
Never happening unfortunately. Their commercial advantages are so entrenched, they could probably have another decade of this shite before it started making a genuine dent.

I remember Amorim’s first few games when he had to work with Ciaran Clark, Issac Hayden and Jamal Lewis.
-
Exactly. You don’t have extensive discussions with another club, if there’s no intention to sell. However, it might be not selling is the conclusion they’ve eventually come to, so even if they’re spinning it to try and look like that’s always been the case, we’ll ultimately have to…. move on.
