I had the misfortune of being in the company of two mackems today at a family get together. I did have back up with another Toon fan in our gathering and also a Liverpool fan (actually from Liverpool). A discussion arose regarding the Everton "takeover". I said "how did the Everton takeover seem to get past the "rigorous" Premier League fit ownership carry on whilst our takeover took over two years. The two mackems said (I quote) "well Americans don't chop people's heads off". I kid you not. They followed up with ante Saudi negative patter that would make you shudder. I reminded them that the great USA also cause carnage around the globe. "Yeah but they don't chop people's heads off in public" was their response. I know and they know why they hate the Saudi Kingdom. They own and run NUFC. Bitter, vindictive and hateful mackems.
