  1. We looked knackered and after a few back to back away games in a short space of time it's caught up with us. Thought we were crap in the second half and never looked like scoring, same should have been said of Everton bar that monumental cock up.

I'm sure after this break we'll come back on point. Despite not playing well we really shouldn't have lost the last 2 games so still plenty of room for optimism.

  2. Maybe the last couple of games and huge ricks have shown why Burn has never played at a top club and for England. Maybe this has shown he has been playing above his level since signing. Two very rookie errors have cost us in games we didn't look like conceding.

  3. Unlucky but a main bulk of our team were out, denied a stonewall penalty (again) and Havertz could easily have seen red.

Frustrating but not a massive blow, prepared myself for a loss after seeing the starting line up but they done well first half and defended well second without much threat. Come this time next year we may well be ahead of Chelsea anyway.

    Straw man argument.

But I personally wouldn't hire someone who wouldn't vaccinate, assuming their status is down to refusal to do so - because the well-being of everyone else in the organisation is a massive consideration and I'm not sure I'd employ someone who doesn't care about that. Character is important.

If performance and goals were the only priorities when it comes to hiring we'd end up with a bunch of shitehawks. Again.

As much as I can see your point, what happened to freedom of choice in what you chose to put into your body? Especially from professional athletes. Seems a very draconian outlook from some people on the vaccine. Dark route to go down.

    I'm triple vaxxed btw.

I'm sick as fuck. Absolutely gutted.

Been a very long time since I've given a shit about our players. At least to this level.

Yes, feels like an absolute hammer blow. Away from the fact he oozes class on the ball, his positioning and obvious talent I love watching the way he is constantly telling players what to do and geeing them up, pulling them together.

Did any of you want him back here in January? In addition or in place of Wood? I did. I wouldn't mind if just as addition to Wood too.

Personally I think he is much better then Wood. I know alot of you said the Premier League is too much of a step up, but I swear he had a very decent first half season with Fulham?

  7. Absolute rock tonight. Probably understated due to Trippier absolutely killing life on the other side but he was low key solid. Major part in the win due to giving ASM license to tear it up.

I don’t see how wanting our new signing who’s literally played all season, to start a match we are desperate to win is some sort of bad thing lol. Of course people would moan if he doesn’t and we get beat. Is every decision completely infallible now. Everyone knows he isn’t a squad player ffs

His comments today about our future has proper riled me up. That and 6 pints deep so far ..

  9. Nerves gave really kicked in for this. Not felt this way in years, I like it.

Absolutely hate Everton, fans are nobs, ground is a shithole and always seem to be one of them shit stains on the Premier League that is just there. For no fucking reason.

Cleared my work calendar for this afternoon to get on the piss. Wouldn't go as far as to say this like a cup final, a Derby or even a 6 pointer. Feelings of excited/nervous are fairly close though.
