After seeing the Pulisic x Volkswagen commercial, I no longer want the Lebron James of Soccer.
The commentary in that. "Incredible", it was a penalty for Christ's sake.

Similar to Wolves, I can think the attraction would be the pipeline to Liverpool or Spurs in a year.

How many other clubs have been selling off stakes in future revenue to fund their current operations?
Fifteen years ago, isn't that what Shepherd was doing here?

They can fuck off acting like South Shields has not been at least half Newcastle for as long as I- a South Shields resident- have been alive. Maybe show your support to human rights by removing it completely from some petty argument about South Tyneside support percentages, you disingenuous cunt
Have they started a petition to remove the camel racing ball rolling game at the pleasure beach yet?
Edit: Or maybe that was at Yarmouth. Still jet lagged

I was there a few weeks ago (first trip back to the UK since COVID) and many of the bins along the links were spray painted FTM. FFS have they nothing better to do?

Maybe it's just someone having a laugh, but the Wiki for Cameron Norrie (British tennis player, just made the Wimbledon quarter finals) says he's an NUFC fan:

Any decent finisher would hopefully be a massive upgrade. To be fair to Murphy, the number of times he gets sprung should be credited to awareness/ability on his part, but ugh the end product is a corner at best.

I don't know if the Nations League commentary is the same in the UK as we are getting on FS2 in the USA, but the commentator for the Denmark-Austria games just said his signing announcement was delayed to today to coincide with the day his dad signed for City in 2000.

Can we just get this over the line? I'm impatiently waiting for the Sven's Dirty Mags songs (or RTG posts).

Sunderland chairman Kyril Louis-Dreyfus has been hit with an eight-week driving ban after being clocked at 110mph.
The 24-year-old was spotted driving his Range Rover on the southbound A194(M) on September 1 last year. The speed limit is 70mph.
The case was dealt with at Gateshead Magistrates Court. Louis-Dreyfus, whose address was given as being in Durham, did not attend and the case was proved in his absence.
He was given a discretionary 56-day driving ban, and fined £660 with £110 costs. Louis-Dreyfus, who is rumoured to have a trust fund worth more than $2billion, was given two weeks to pay.
Biased Mag-istrates.

Given the state of finances in the Championship, I think the days of high spending on PL cast offs are over for now. One team may do it, but I think everyone else will pull back.

Seems like a decent price for his quality as a rotational player but he may have politely declined that role. I'd love him back also.

I heard he's got contact's with a firm who can take them apart brick by brick and move them somewhere else... sorry, wrong thread.
Maybe bridges weren't his thing, but a trip to Beamish convinced him to sign.

Feb 5th Villa were 11th after signing Digne and Couthino, having played 21 games at an average of 1.23 pts/game. They finished 14th, playing out the last 17 games at 1.11 pts/game. I'm not worried about their recruitment.

My dentist (near Seattle) took on another dentist recently, and their intro email would be so triggering:
QuoteWhile I have met a handful of you, there are many more I am eager to meet. Those that I have met, I have been made to feel very welcomed and for that I am grateful. This letter is a simple “hello” allowing an introduction to myself.
I usually will present myself as Dr Nader; my last name is a slight tongue twister so I’ll save us all the trouble there. My name has Arabic roots since my parents are from Syria. I was born in Michigan, however at a young age we moved overseas. I spent my youth and early teens in Saudi Arabia before moving back to Ann Arbor. While I still prefer the Maize & Blue as a color scheme, I am slowly adopting the Purple & Gold.
I’ve been part of the dental profession for over 5 years now, following the footsteps of my mother who is a dentist as well. She played a large part in guiding me towards where I am today and both my parents’ morals and ethics are deeply instilled in how I practice dentistry. Being hand selected by Dr Davis, you can expect the same high quality of work with the proper bedside manner. I assure you that my primary goal is to make each appointment a memorable and meaningful one. That being said, at your next visit don’t mind the terrible jokes or out of tune humming to the music being played when we meet.
Outside of the dental chair, you’ll find me exploring all this beautiful state has to offer! Safe to say I have become an avid hiker, and I am always up for suggestions. If I’m not hiking or trail running, I’ll usually be playing soccer if my knees allow it. I am an avid Newcastle United fan, although they don’t win many games. Farmer markets bring me much joy, mostly for the selection of pastries and treats. My yelp account is always active in search for new restaurants to try, although I have improved my at home cooking. Like most, traveling the world is a highlight of each year, and while it’s been a couple of years, I am thrilled to get my passport out. Slovenia is next of my list. Can't believe he didn't mention it in person when I saw him last week (email came a couple of days later) and he asked where I was from.

But also noticed when Trippier was warming up 2nd half, Arsenal had a flurry of 2 or 3 corners and Trippier clearly stood in line with the box, but marshalling and organising from the touchline. Just brilliant. Not even on the pitch, but being an influence. Give him the armband next season.
It was excellent to see. No doubt they'll try to ban it as an extension of the coaches' box.
