We were clearly the better team if were being coldly unemotionally objective about it
-
Unless its straight from the kick-off, every goal that's ever been scored can be traced back to an opposition player giving the ball away and the rest of the team can be made utterly blameless, if the scapegoat suits.

You and like minded folk did it all last season with drawing at home to Bournemouth and Leeds and ended up looking a right bunch of spoilt bairns in the end and have zero compunction about it. Weve dominated this game in the midst of a massive injury crisis and now were deservedly winning it. But aye criticise away, look a dick. -

Apart from the shooting from outside the box the rest sums up your contributions and support. -

He could have played more totally unproven academy players and give a sub keeper a run out. Those moaning about a lack of rotation I bet wouldn't criticise at all the subsequent poor performance and likely loss if Howe did that. -
I find it takes the edge off defeats for me. Knowing the some fans utterly deserve it.
-
Wilson is more likely to get injured in 10minutes of action than any that started completing the game
-
Dalglish got more benefit of the doubt from fans for only having Shearer out than Eddie gets for having more than an entire team out. And the football was abysmal.
-
Could just as easily say why bother if the game is over risking an injury to a player finding his way back. Not as good for venting piss though
-
What are supposed to rotate with exactly

Hasn't instilled confidence in those in front of him. That'll drop them a few % -
Just a coincidence every other club rotates and makes multiple subsitutions every game - there's clearly no reason at all to do it.
-
We've stuffed Chelsea and should have stuffed Man United and nearly got a win at Paris Saint Germain with the same eleven players and more than an entire team out injured and as soon as we don't play well and lose the toys come out like were not allowed to have bumps in the road like every other team in the history of football.
-
Football in you cant always play well and win shocker to some fans.
-
Excluding Kinnear as interim I think for 15 of ours it goes back 32years to Ardiles and I only think of about about five era's of any longevity in that.

Had a good record against us when he was at Boro at least. Better record than the mackems have but like everyone else apart from the mackems I guess Boro never bothered counting such things.
-
Sheffield United would be even Wilder than that...or some other, better, pun.
-
Exacatly. The fact that there's a desperate last gasp push for a goal means something has been off with the previous 96minutes. Were just ignoring that to focus on the exceptional 30seconds.
-
Not to completely kill the romance but Its just football and teams score stoppage time winners and equalisers every week. We've all done it plenty without winning any titles. Sheffield United found a way to beat Wolves deep into stoppage time. Can't get less Champions material than that

Definitely in the four from six and happy camp. Were above target given the situation at present. Nice to keep that ticking over. The two games will likely be very different watches. Expect to create more against Spurs than these. -

Some cup draws this season. Had more interesting cup ties this season than in the whole Ashley era combined. -

Feels like drawing a non-league team away. Another day at the office if we win. One of the greatest results in their history if they do. After the Christmas schedule a nothing game would have been handy with the fixtures and objectives either side of it. Even allowing for Sheffield Wed last season nobody could blame Howe for fielding as weak a team as possible in the circumstances - cant take that chance now. The objective would be the opposite of that game, give it hell for 45mins and get the game won then bring on the kids. Far easier said than done because our dominance of games seldom is reflected in the amount of goals we stick in. -

Alec Mathie had a better goals and assist per 90 ratio that Andy Cole. -
Its a wonder they just dont deploy the intimidating look or perfect remark that sends anyone they run into anywhere in a mag top scurrying away or into submissive silence.
-
Christ. Anyone would think it wsa all they had or something. And even then they've dredged up a dynamic that means nothing in general and meant nothing to us when we had 6wins and a 1-1 draw out of 7 between 01 and 08. Suppose having more to life than finishing above them or winning (alternate depending on which scenario suits) helps. We achived that whilst playing in Europe, the Champions League and challenging for titles. They achieved it whilst circling the toilet.
