There's always been a response to such games, which is encouraging, we'll be at it at Leeds, not saying which way it goes, but we'll be at it.
-
"Let's not wet the bed after this lads" After would be a massive improvement on doing so in the first half.
-
Changing the way we've been playing succesfully for all the excitement of two forwards, ought to have been born in mind.
-
Paybacks a bitch. What this is.
-
because were playing a better team
-
Getting beat by a better team just chill out on the slagging off the players ffs. If people expected to batter them that's not on the players.
-
If the ref gives the right decision in the first place and VAR doesn't take forever. This isn't 0-1 right now.
-
So from attacking and all over them, the penalty gets turned down which irrespective of right or wrong is the best momentum killer the team on the ropes could have wished for what a load of bullshit it is
-
They're not impressive mind. Think that's what's most galling.

Newcastle United vs. Arsenal: 07/05/23 @ 4.30pm (Sky Sports)
Wolfcastle replied to HaydnNUFC's topic in Football
Every game is a must win game in Arsenal's position surely. Doesn't matter if its a good point per se when they could miss out on the title by a small margin, even keep up some pressure on Man City. -
Pretty much identical performances and identical results that you imply is an impossibility which demonstrably is not. Nobody arguing it isn't a quirk. In fact that's exactly the point.

Like the cup final this season and the cup finals in the 90s? and Liverpool's continuing good fortune with officials and England losing on penalties. History never repeats itself. *Not even saying we wont do it, just saying being worried is natural for football fans, especially with our history and being all Terry Christian about it until its done isn't for everyone. Especially as some of those have slaughtered us for drawing games this season.
-
Hindsight is 20-20. 2-0 down at Derby later than all those games it was still in doubt.
-
Atmosphere against Ipswich was actually very edgy, stunned and borderline toxic Fulham was just an abysmal game It wasn't anticpated that Leeds won all their games either whether through ability or luck which would surprse nobody with Liverpool.
-
Knew a team that had lost three games by late February that looked by a distance the best team in the country, was twelve points clear with their rivals looking unimpressive that it didn't work out for once. Difficult to imagine anybody having lived through that with the slippers on now like logic just occurs in football.
-
Man United aren't hot. Took VAR for Liverpool to get a result and West Ham's been a graveyard to Man U ambitions at this point of the season in years past.
-
Can definitely see Man United not winning at West Ham like.
-
Wonder how much different everyone would feel if we switched the Arsenal and Leicester home game around.
-
What's wrong with a bit of nerves and worry? Not only healthy but pretty much what you'd expect of any football fans in this situation except. Even Man City fans are hoping we beat Arsenal. Its the reaction to a defeat or draw or a player not playing really well that's shit
-
Had that down as a draw so no extra lovely breathing space gained.
-
Just heard Balague talking about a gig he had with Allardyce on Sky and he was dismissive of Guardiola privately with that "i could do better than that" attitude the massive cunt.
-
Do like keeping Man United as a human shield to Liverpool, plus Brighton deserved it

My Napoli Campione D'Italia scarf back in fashion

Bin VAR off just to put more heat and responsibility on the refs versus this plausible deniability scam bullshit
