  1. Aye completely forgot about that shirt. Didn't see that floating around much. Nice Velez Sarsfield homage for that Argentine kid were after.
  2. England played there when Wembley was being rebuilt so this must be a new thing. On both counts cos a couple international play-offs were played there.
  3. "Already had Mags on to me.... FFS" "Just tell them you’re dead against it and Sartori is a ****. Simple" were against their practices and beliefs and Ashley is a ****, so that's that then apparently "Not getting the hate from the bit research I just did. The club have a woman on the board, the owner seems a fairly decent bloke and it's not like I'm expected to hate the whole of the middle east, or am I ?" heard of Amanda Staveley? "However, this is a Saudi team that is not owned by the Saudi state." Plays in a Saudi state owned league, in Saudi, which is completely controlled, so they kept telling us, by MBS And "Most of our fans. Mags were hoping we'd make excuses. Unlucky" WTF is all that above then? from the very same page
  4. 20% are fine with it. I wonder what exit poll number you'd get if they were offered mega millions, the chance to win trophies and most importantly be North East top dogs instead of just a mid-season training match. Despite having painted themselves into a corner with their phony outrage got to think it would be at least 50-60%
  5. They did warm weather training in Dubai in 2016 without a word said. The Yemen conflict had been going on for a couple years and UAE were part of the Arab coalition. Wonder why nothing was said then. On an unrelated note, Mike Ashley still owned Newcastle.

Bit retro but quite pleasing to see Everton worse under Lampard than under Rafa.
  7. Were at least being paid hundreds of millions of pounds for our pacification after being saved from terminal decline. They're doing it for free of their own accord.
  8. Kids, kids, calm down, easy....you're both wankers
  9. Didn't know of one person that regularly (10 games a year or so) went to their games at either school I was at. Got the free ticket offers in our weekly news though, just had to go to reception to pick them up if you were interested. Be a real shame when they lose such a passionate stronghold
  10. Howe: Refresh and renew Bruce: Clemence and Agnew
  11. None attending-Mags is getting some traction these days 'I have to work with them...none of them ever attend a match...obviously getting from Penshaw to Newcastle is a massive undertaking.' 'It's the usual reply..."can't get a ticket"...er have you actually tried? I think not!' Its so mackem. I realise this will be harder for them to grasp than any others fans but there's not always 20,000 tickets available at other grounds and every game is a sell-out again now. Looking at their apparent size and the catchmanet areas wonder how many non-attending mackems there must be.
  12. Howe: Serial winner Bruce: Cereal devourer
  13. Howe: Gets a nice win at Tottenham Bruce: Gets kebabs in his trackie bottoms
  14. Howe: The fella from Bournemouth Bruce: The filler of Hismouth
  15. Howe: Carries himself well Bruce: Curries himself well
  16. Thats another one. We've not had it tough. As in the post above its 'laughable' that we think so. Yet they'd happily tell us how rubbish we've been and the best days of their lives have been when we've been relegated. So the times they were having a go at us, we actually had it good.!?! Discombobulated cunts

    Joe Willock

His two goals, very different, were taken absolutely perfectly, both like he had a ton of goals behind him of late. World Cups gonna nip a Willock goal spree in the bud, imagine bolting that on to us.
  18. Could do without any wanky behaviour at the end but was just goading from that video I suppose. Probably been on the recieving end of plenty. Wasn't like that when we were good before (KK, SBR) but different generation I suppose and those were maybe halcyon days between the hooligan era and the pseudo hooligan wannabe era.
  19. "They’ve invested sensibly in established, experienced players for the level they’re at. It’s not rocket science." the response: "Rubbish. Punts on who was available and ‘potential’ They’ve got lucky so far - wait til one of their decent players get sold I think they’ll win fuck all" I love this quote because the first two opinions are so drastically inaccurate and deluded, I hope the last opinion follows suit ,but what I also like is that the person he's responding to never even mentioned winning anything. The protesting too much insecure Freudian slip prick
  20. Would rather do it the Keegan way but this is as much part of the game as going into the corner to kill time is now. That said the lack of it almost certainly cost us at least one title back then So often been done to us and we never felt embarrassed for the other team. So don't hate the player hate the game.
  21. 01/02 if that's sneaks in as modern? Kept waiting for it to come to an end, for our levels to drop but they never did. The 4-3 over Man United was a rule not the exception. Pre season expected a midtable slog. Could say 11/12 under Pardew but there was a cloud of it all going to be squandered hanging over everything, for me at least, which it of course was.
  22. Lol, know what you mean. I've been a little gutted when there's no midweek games this season.
  23. Nearly said Ivor Broadis there, but turns out he was playing for us at the time. How embarrassing.
