You're telling me you haven't seen anything concerning about the way we've been playing this season? The point is great but we had one shot on target the entire game and were lucky not to get battered. I'd love to be simple enough that I can just ignore the way we played and go 'wow, a draw away to Milan!' but there have been alarm bells ringing since the City game. Exactly this! Almost every other team plays with two fullbacks that defend AND attack. This apparent rule that we can only have one is absurd. If that’s the only way out system works, serious questions should be asked of the coaching team

I don’t think their job is being made any easier by all of these bullshit directives being brought in, but common sense and accountability seems to have gone out the window completely. When you’ve got defenders defending with their hands behind their backs and people getting elbowed in the face with minimal punishment, when you have a video replay system you could utilise to study the incident, the game is fucked! We just don’t look very dangerous! We swarmed all over teams last season but it feels a bit workmanlike at the moment. Good to see Bruno back to somewhere near his best and I’m looking forward to seeing Barnes and Gordon play when Tonali is in the middle. Overall though, we need to improve by about 100% if we’re going to have another top 4/6 season

I know we’re not suppose to criticise the manager on here but I think he has to take a lot of the blame for this. We came out after half time with no drive, no aggression, no determination to finish the game off and nothing of his demeanour on the touch line suggested he wasn’t happy with the approach.
