Believe I saw a star earlier which said either 11/12 or 12/13

With a disappointing window behind us, does anyone know what our position is looking like post June 2025? I am assuming we will have more wiggle room but I don’t have a clue about the figures to be honest.

We have also spent £28 million of this years budget on Hall; a lot of people seem to be forgetting/ignoring this (not necessarily on here just seen a lot of comments everywhere which ignore Hall as a signing) I know he was here last year but he’s still accounted for in this years transfer budget

One of the problems I feel, and it’s not exclusive to Hall but definitely affects him, is I don’t feel our team are very good at movement, plenty of times someone will get possession and there is no options to pass to, but no movement either. So when Hall gets the ball under pressure and has no one to really pass to, I’m not sure that’s his fault.

The good news is that any moves now will be fast moving with the deadline on Friday, we won’t have another dragging on saga. Bid, medical, signed, boom.

If we do go to a 4231, this could allow both FBs to go forward more, and maybe our wingers become more inside forwards with J7 on the left and Gordon on the right - could explain why we haven’t signed a RW.

I’d start him on Wednesday, give him an hour. Can’t wait to see him back in action.

We need it done tomorrow, get him in the squad for Wednesday, 30 mins appearance then straight into the starting XI at the weekend.

I’m pretty sure from the replay Isak was massively offside for that chance too, and Gordon at the back post wanted it but he was never getting it with the amount of defenders in between him and barnes

It’s all gone very quiet. You’d like to think it’s either close to being agreed, or it’s completely off. I’d be surprised if we don’t hear something concrete either way by the end of tomorrow.

RE Tonali there was a few times last year he was playing quick one touch stuff just to keep and rotate the ball - it actually felt like he was too quick (as in not on the same wavelength) for the rest of the team so as much as he needs to get used to our style, there is also an element of our players needing to learn his style too. I’m sure that will have happened over the last 10 months.
