No planning in terms of developing youngsters and no real scouting network The players that have came in over the last 12/24 months have been scatter gun types , with no real thought or planning. Hence the huge turnover each year, some of the players are just not good enough Quicker they get a head of football and maybe a new manager the better They also need alot more back room staff and maybe a proper place to train !! Could also benefit from some proper money invested or they will continue to struggle to get into the WSL
