Other than 3 wins on the bounce that's the most surprising thing for me when you look at our last 6 results. Only 4 conceded in the last 6 and add to that Dubravka has hardly have a save to make within those games. Rather than single handedly keeping us in games.

Really pleased for Murphy today, he's having a good game. ASM won't be missed quite as much if he can continue this for the next couple of weeks. I think thiae years under Bruce had us fooled into thinking if ASM isn't playing we are going to lose. This is a totally different team now, we aren't so one dimensional.

We have been the best side, Trippier is such a massive loss. Would look so much more comfortable defensively with him in there now. No doubt we are missing Wilson(or someone similar) though, we've missed atleast 2 very good chances in that half because most of our plays lack composure and finishing ability.

I'm not sure the cross was that bad. The first decent one Krafth has put in today. If that had fallen to any player other than Fraser they would have been able to get their head on it convincinly.

He's surprised me today. Far better on the ball than I gave him credit for. Gets back and helps defensively alot as well.

Its not like Eze has been their star player, doesnt start every game and sometimes doesnt even get off the bench. I know he's been inured alot this season but this rumour surprises me. Hardly pulled up any trees there.

As fun as that is to watch, I disagree. Sliding tackles are what poor defenders use to mask their poor aware and positioning. Lascelles/Hayden the most obvious I can think of.

I'm not in favour of moving to a new stadium. However if they do decide on that then I just hope they make it huge and an incredible sight to behold. It needs to be architecturally outstanding and personally it should aim to be the largest capacity in the UK. 100k+ to make sure its future proof and certain to be one of the main stadiums for any international tournaments held in UK.

That video makes it pretty evident how brilliant his tackling ability is. How the fuck he's not been tried in that role before now is incredible. He must have been showing it in training before this season. Would be interested to see what his stats would be over a full season in CM because in these games so far this season they've been outstanding. I do hope it continues and he keeps his spot next season and keeps this up.
