Seen a few people talking about leadership on twitter. We've got so many players who are leaders and have good character. BDB, Bruno, Joelinton, Gordon, Botman. We'd be fine until summer.

@r0cafella that's why Man Utd are such a mess. Their squad is full of players from 3 or 4 different managers.

@Hanshithispantz He's working with one hand tied behind his back. Nearly all the teams we play have a bench with at least 2 or 3 players that can change the game. We don't have anyone to replace our forwards.

We don't really have any players who are capable of striking a clean ball from the edge of the area. It'd be great to sign someone who is a threat from the edge of the box.

It's unlikely we make any big signings in January. I'd be happy with a Phillips loan. Dan Ashworth is going to have to earn his money in the summer. We need to move on Almiron, Longstaff, Targett and Wilson. We need a starting LB, RCB, DM and RW.
