So hard to switch off. Even during the season when there's games going on I'm still reading this shit. Wasting energy and time on worrying about who'll leave. The only real option is to just avoid sites like this and reddit for 2 months. I do wonder what I'd have felt if I hadn't been so obsessive last summer.

I think he gets grief because of the way he looks, because he's a Scouser and because he's either brilliant or meh. Combine all of those and you people start to think he's not trying on purpose and he's only in it for himself
-
Also noticed this. He's constantly rearranging it

It's a shit season. We've gone far in the cups, we've had some memorable games, and we've had a lot of shit thrown at us. Obviously if next season is the same then fair enough, but it was only a season ago he was a hero. And remember we're very lucky to have a manager who actually cares, who works hard and is a genuinely decent guy. Those things also matter. I get ppl are angry though, so vent if it'll make you feel better.

Didn't expect anything before the game so wasn't too bothered that we lost. Just sad it was by 7 ffs. We move on though. Good end to the season, some new signings in the summer and who knows what can happen next year.

I went one better. Mamien Muff. Still call him that to this day. Was also super excited when we got him for only 5 million. Turns out Chelsea knew what they were doing. Had a decent career at Fulham afterward though, old Mamien.

Much younger and with sell on value if it didn't work

Absolutely not the thread but not sure where else. Anyone got any idea of any other tunes they play after a game? Read somewhere on here they play that rex the dog tune and it's class, wondering what else I'm missing out on
-
Minor point but Nico booted the ball away earlier on and didn't get a yellow. Why? Things like this really fuck me off, as that's incredibly easy to judge and enforce. Changes the game if he's on a yellow.
-
Just shift Mikey and Gray round and we're sorted.
-
Exactly what I wrote on here a week or so ago. Class to bring on in the last 10 when chasing. So chuffed for him, brilliant goal
-
How many third choice options can impact a game like him? I'm not saying he's a brilliant player, just he's a great third choice, last throw of the dice type player. Like Origi was for livarpool.
-
As others have said, he's a brilliant option from the bench. Starting it just doesn't work. Be great if he'd stay and we could just introduce him when we're chasing for a goal and or to give someone a breather, but he'll rightly wanna be playing as a starter so it's best for him that he goes.

Love a good flounce

Our Wolf has skills you can't teach. We have to keep him.

"Alessandro Del Piero was tremendous..." Fuck me that Juve kit and tracksuit were special.

Think Tottenham Hot Turds have had it worse with injuries tbf. We were decimated and it was awful but we weren't missing anyone as crucial as Kulu and Twatters for the whole season. We were also still a team very much together. Roflham Lolspurs definitely aren't that.

You're amazing!

anyone got a link to that frank interview? can't find it anywhere

He probably has to think he's a mentality monster in order to overcome his demons. Working class kid, shit estate growing up. FIghts his way up and out. Makes it at Everton, is loved and then hated because he's not amazing every game. Join us. Difficult bedding in but again proves himself. Brilliant for a season. Difficult patch (admittedly a long one), fans turn on him again. I will keep sticking up for him until the day he leaves for another club. He's had to be arrogant, had to have that thick skin just to make it. Problem is, as we all know, having thick skin really means there's a little boy in there underneath it all. Players like him need to be cared for and managed. He'll come good again with the right management. All people, and all players are different.

And Steve Watson. I have more but don't wanna be too greedy!
-
Le Sib would be cool.
-
As an aside... what's the new FM mobile version like? Easy for someone who last enjoyed the game in 02/03 and harks back to the days of 97/98?
-
Bruno could go abroad, but no chance he'd stay in England. He's married to us now.

Jones would probably cost 70 and undoubtedly get an injury early on. Out for 3/4 months. He comes back, taking his time to get into the team, but he never quite makes it and he leaves after 4 seasons to join Brighton. At Brighton he's reborn, becomes an England regular and rejoins Liverpool for half of what they sold him for.
