Nobody can say we've had a good season so far, it's been up and down. Yet, we're only 5 points behind 4th place with a top quality striker yet to play a single minute for us. There is reason for optimism. You've got your top 2 but outside of them it's up for grabs as the so called big teams struggle for consistency. Hopefully a small squad refresh in January will lift spirits further. I'm excited.

We all know that he's not shit. He's a striker that will bury most clear cut chances he gets with the occasional worldy thrown in for good measure. He's good with his head, his feet and can improvise when needed.

I was in full panic mode when Gordon picked up the ball for the penalty, but he buried it. I thought that after seeing Wolf absolutely bury his penalty in spectacular fashion, duties would be handed over to him.

I'm not so sure. It looked to me like one of those freak goals that fool everyone and somehow manages to slowly go past every player the ball is near. A very strange goal.

Well that was a sickened was it not. A draw was probably fair enough if I look at it objectively, but after going ahead due to a bit of a dubious penalty, a late flukey equaliser leaves a sour taste in the mouth.

It is a priority as you need competition for places to avoid complacency. I'm also keeping my fingers crossed that Eddie does play them together at least somewhat regularly.

We need another decent striker too as Osula is not a viable option to provide competition or back up. Sorry but it's true.

Does he have to play through the middle or can he replace one of our 'wingers' but play a bit closer to goal? Big Wolf has to start, he's so creative and would gift wrap many opportunities for Wissa whilst banging in some himself. We also need to get in another half decent striker (in the £20‐40 million bracket) ASAP to add competition for places and back up, because let's be honest, big Willy is not that player and needs to move on. Sorry Will. As for the AFCON, it's basically the FA Trophy of international competitions.
