It's starting to look like a similar league campaign to the last time we were in the Champions league. I'm hopeful this time we'll finish in at least one of the European places. Even Conference league wouldn't be too bad, we'd be one of the favourites to win it. The deeper we go in the Champions league the more we can spend on adding quality to the squad to make rotating it not as meh. Fucking PSR.

A rare error from Howe. We should have started him, hopefully took a halftime lead then rest him if he's really so unfit. No shame in a narrow defeat to Barcelona though. It's just frustrating that the has been Gashford scored 2 goals. It would be easier to swallow if Oldowski scored them.

He only got half an hour towards the end when we were already behind. He would have buried the early chance that fell to Gordon. We'll get revenge against them in the semis or the final.

Oh well, not a hammering at least. Could have been different if Gordon scored in the first half and if Dan hoofed it instead of passing it to Gashford. Lots of positives to take and we were missing two key players.
