If the local journos are to be believed (press X to doubt), the new stadium plans have been sat on a desk in Riyadh for nearly a year awaiting approval. Makes you think.

New sponsorships coming soon (had shaken hands with somebody the night before on one), he took a 100-day review to PIF that they signed off on and now his job to implement it. Said something about it being 350+ pages long so I’m surprised it didn’t take PIF about 14 years to get through it. Nothing on infrastructure etc. but it is refreshing having him and Wilson be more vocal, have missed that a little. Wilson spoke well too about the club and how every part of it is good but needs to improve (and quickly) to catch up with the rest. Some action to follow up on these words soon though, please.
