I feel extremely lucky to love and support a club that has had managers who are objectively epic, and that I can't split the number one position for (Keegan and Howe). AND 2nd position is Sir bobby Robson! Incredibly lucky. Keegan absolutely exploded this club and did something no other human could have done. He made us reach for the stars. Howe has done something none before him for generations: He brought real, tangible success.

Yeh, everyone deserves credit where credit's due And most on here agree Gordon's form has improved over the past month+. But ignoring him being turbo-gash for months before is just ignorant. The Wissa one is strange. Most seem to say, like myself, he's been a positive since his return. BUT, to be fair, re Botman, I also heaped praise on the lad And give him an out for yesterday's performance. But there's a tendency for some on here to constantly look for tiny excuses to blow up and go "UrGh, ThIs ForUm SuCkS!". That's been a thing here for well over 10 years. And it's a massive thing on social media.

You can see in the way he carries himself that he's buzzing, atm. Started to also notice he doesn't really get rattled as easily as some? Remember when he signed, a lot were more worried about his goal celebration, than anything else Like, if he does it...it means he's scored, right? He could whip his left bollock out, for all I care

Hearing Keane etc talk about taking Eddie from us. Fuck right off! Even putting his football brilliance to one side...I love having him as the calm spokesman that he is. Just chilled to fuck. No chance of him embarrassing us, always making us look classy.

Getting triggered by normal day-to-day sayings must make life intolerable

We've crammed 105mins + 120mins + a mentally draining penalty shootout into 2 games a few days apart. That's at least 2.5 games worth into 2 games. Crazy. Not the ideal prep for this game...but this is where we're at

The game wasn't the best of him, for sure, but he had opportunities and some good moments, he just didn't score. And he's not going to score every game...so, no panic from me. I honestly really like what he's brought to the team, so far.

Disinterested? It's only really said about Gordon and Botman (and Willock?). And yeh, I do, because it was confirmed by an ex-player about our star player Isak (and our eyes)...who confirmed it himself when he went on strike. So it's not a stretch to think his best mates mirrored this ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ BUT, my post admitted that I was likely misreading it Maybe 1+1=4, but there is very recent precedent, and weird those three's form has gone off a cliff.

He was effective today, and took his pens well. Excellent assist, too. 7 (as above) is probably fair. But that miss! Didn't even get on it! But I think he's improved in the last month+. He was pony for most of the season.

Yup. Eddie said a couple of PCs ago that they're sometimes getting just one training session before the next game. That HAS to be detrimental. It's probably a factor in Ramsey's and Elanga's slow integration.

I think a fair few times we were pushing so high up that a lot of their breaks caught us out. He nearly scored at one end...but us being so high meant he was caught out a bunch of times/exposed. He's objectively slower and clumsier. Maybe it is a lack of sharpness, but I see a lack of motivation in his game. Like he's disinterested in us. I'm probably (likely) misreading it, but something feels off about him. But the real Sven Botman is absolutely an top-tier CB.

My viewing was delayed, but seeing reactions on here before my screen showed the pen was great for the stress, tbf.

He's not staying beyond the loan. But today he kept us in that game. And during the shootout he was exceptional. Even his haters have to acknowledge that.

He had a decent game before pens, despite the haters. Kept us in the game. Then 3 saves in a shootout. But my god...near 3 games of minutes in 2 games

Ramsdale is close on most of these. Saved 2...he'll save a 3rd and final.

Barnes was my biggest stress so far. Would have been shit for him. So relieved.

HATE pens But there's no real alternative. More stressed that one of our young lads will miss and it'll eat them up.
