Could have won 5-0 or drawn 3-3. We must be entertaining for the neutral to watch. So nervy at the back every time, even a 3 goal lead we look capable of messing up.

Too many missed opportunities and points lost from winning positions to get into Europe. Even just that draw at forest last week has cost us.

Would most likely see them in a relegation battle next season, but also have a decent chance of winning a trophy. Could this season get much worse?

If they win on the last day, they could well be in Europe next year.

I've got no interest in the Scottish league, never have. But given that hearts are so close, I watched their game against Motherwell, and tonight's Motherwell v Celtic. What a fix. If anybody was in any doubt that matches, leagues and titles can't still be bought, then that was confirmation that they are.

Another premier League referee lost without var. Pretty much every decision he's got wrong. The handball he claimed hit the shoulder topped the lot.

It gets said every time that people aren't going to buy the new shirt, then do. Surely they aren't going to sell many of those? That's the worst Newcastle home shirt in my lifetime and possibly forever. Adidas can't get away with that, people really shouldn't buy it. Terrible.

Another game where the opposition is there for the taking, and we expect to win. Let's hope we actually do for once this season.

If Brentford win 1 of their last 2, then 8th is theirs. Home to Palace and away to Liverpool. And there's still Everton and Chelsea ahead of us too, even if we win all 3 I can't see us scraping in.

I think we've had far too many missed opportunities this season, losses against teams there for the taking and awful performances to qualify for Europe. That said, win on Sunday and we could be right in the mix. Still, it'll require us to win 4 of the last 4 league games, and 4 on the trot doesn't happen often. (1st one won last week).

Hopefully gets 1 more appearance to take sole lead of NUFC PL defenders appearances.
