Hiring a Minibus

Has anyone on here ever hired a minibus, or know somewhere you can do so without being 30+? Looking to get hold of at least a 12-seater (most seem to be 15 or 17) for the week between Xmas and New Year.

Have tried Sixt, National, SelfDrive and Thrifty car so far, but all seem to have 25+ age restrictions (our drivers are 23 and 24 - clean licenses, no claims, etc. One has a D1 qualification on his license).

Any help appreciated.

You'd be pretty much buggered at that age!

Dunno what to suggest fo self drive!

Take a fleet of your own cars? Would be miles cheaper than any hire, but to vote for the DES's?  :undecided:

the DES? would be happy to take my own car; however, I can't speak for the other people, plus we'll have a slew of equipment to fit in (not ideal for regular cars).

Thanks for the suggestions so far though, have made a few enquiries.
