Aye, but then again the free ticket scheme with the kiddies would go down well.

15k midweek in a game we were expected to lose vs PSV

this one with free tickets with the away shirt, saturday afternoon, just drawn with dutch champions (and all in all an ok performance) and potentially unvieling our 4/5th most expensive player...im gonna stick with my original :)

Perhaps a few more so aye...might be pleasently suprised.

It would be pretty annoying if he went, but if we had to lose an area of the team it would be center half as Coloccini's coming in and Bassong hopefully will be a good player in time, already better than Taylor by the looks.

are we sure its not AMDY faye, a few reports around of him going to stoke

The kick-off of Newcastle United's friendly match against Valencia at St James's Park today has been changed.

The 3pm kick-off has been put back to 5pm after United were informed that the Spanish club's arrival on Tyneside would be delayed.

Valencia Kick-Off Moved To 5pm

NEWCASTLE United's pre-season friendly against Valencia at St.James' Park on Saturday August 9 will now kick off at the later time of 5pm.

This is due to the delayed arrival of our opponents from Spain following a technical issue concerning their aircraft.

Supporters using corporate areas will still be able to enter the stadium from 1pm.

We apologise to supporters for any inconvenience caused by circumstances beyond the Club's control.
