Guest optimistic nit

Was on the local news last night, a fire station in West Sussex burnt down yesterday. They reckon that the fire alarms were not installed properly.

you would suspect that a fire station would not need fire alarms though. if it goes up in flames then the fire department should really know quite quickly.

they have to go through all the correct procedures - call in., get it recorded, prioritised and then Central Control will decide who is best placed to handle it

That's what modern local Govt is all about - have to be able to measure and record everything aso you can meet Govt targets and send out the customer satisfaction questionaires later

Bugger fightingt the fire - get the paperwork sorted!!!
