Guest firetotheworks
I've often thought about this. Who would be your ultimate superband? I reckon a list of one who you think is technically the best, and a list of who is your favourite. Technically (That Ive heard) Drums - Buddy Rich Bass - Victor Wooten/Mark King (Cant decide) Guitar - Jimi Hendrix Vocals - Mike Patton Piano - Fuck knows, far too many possibilities. Beats/Synths etc - Autechre My favourites Drums - Dave Grohl Bass - Squarepusher Guitar - Omar Rodriguez (At the Drive-In) Vocals - Chino Morino (Deftones) Piano - Yann Tiersen Beats/Synths etc - Aphex Twin I think you can safely say that in both cases though that the bands would sound fucking awful. relámpago blanco
http://userserve-ak.last.fm/serve/500/398941/Arctic+Monkeys.jpg I did a gig with them once before they were signed at the old Archer and I can tell you apart from; A)Making us, a band with 3 gigs under our belt headline. B)Alex Turner being a knob C)Them not sounding that great (Harrisons who they brought sounded much better) and finally D, if they didn't get exactly what they wanted at all times they went crying to their manager who would then constantly compain to the promoter (Phil from insangel). Also, Alex snapped a string on 2 seperate guitar.IMO a signal of a dodgy guitarist. ------------------------------------ They were all knobs

He wouldn't headline a small venue, used my guitar without asking then snapped a string, wouldn't talk to me at first then when he did wouldn't tell me where in sheffield he was from despite me telling him I thought his mam used to babysit my lass, which turned out to be true (High green shefflied nr Barnsley) and many an other thing.
