Guest LucaAltieri
I'm not particularly up on the various tools available. Looking for something, preferably shareware/open source/free, to turn some AVI files I've been editing onto a DVD with menus and chapters etc. Something fairly intuitive as I'm only going to be using it once or twice so I don't need anything heavy duty or requires a text book to get to grips with. Anyone used anything or know of anything that would suit and just generally works? Cheers.
cubaricho
I'd be interested in hearing about these programs as well.

Lenny
I went through a stage where I got quite into DVD authoring, and stumbled upon DVD Lab (not free but not hard to get hold of), and after I got used to it I managed to create some pretty decent menu's. The software can be as in depth (within reason) as you want it to be. This was a couple of years ago now so I don't know whats about these days, I'd imagine Afterdawn.com would be worth a look though, that's where I always went.
