Guest firetotheworks
If I ever make one recommendation in my life time it is to never ever even contemplate flying with these absolute cunts. Delayed flights when every other airline is back to normal. Canceled flights to boot. There are no reps in the airport and the agents that are assigned to help you because of their fuck ups seem equally as pissed off by their lying, buck passing, two faced, heartless, amateurish ways. They are soley responsible for costing me over £200 in hotels, taxis, buses and terrible airport food just to be lied to for 48 hours. Will I get any of that back? Just the flight, a measly £60. I dont think Ive ever been adament that I'll hold a grudge against a company for the rest of my life. I recommend to all of you never to fly with them. Disco
Flown with them a few times, never had a problem even when one of the names on the eCheck In didn't match the passport. Always been punctual too. However if something were to go wrong I imagine they'd be the worst for customer services.
Mowen
If you want better service don't book the absolute dirt cheapest airline. They've never pretended to be customer friendly. It's a bit like getting a season ticket at the Reebok and then complaining you've had to watch a bit of long ball football.

Flew to Hungary with the missus with them last April. Jesus, what a shambles! Once you have shown your boarding card it is just a free-for-all, everybody running on the runway so they can sit next to who they want, complete joke. Karjala
Thats why you pay fuck all for a flight, you know the risk!!! Personally never had a single problem with them, Easyjet and Jet2.

Again, thats why your flight costs u next to nowt. Im quite happy to sit anywhere on the plane (knowing fine well if theres 2 of u, u will still sit together) in order to save £100+ a piece. colinmk
Meant to be flying with flybe on friday but I've lost my passport and don't have any other form of photo ID...The bastards won't let me fly internally without one. Does anyone know what a 'nationally recognised' company is? I could maybe make an ID if my company is recognised...

Does anyone know what a 'nationally recognised' company is? I could maybe make an ID if my company is recognised... You'll easily get a passport before next friday if you go to an office. They can do it in a day. About £90 mind. Phone and they'll tell you what you need to bring with you. Wasn't it Ryanair dumped a load of toon supporters in some far flung climb by cancelling the flight last minute to later find out that it was because it was the cheapest of two options and flew a load of germans home instead. Guest LucaAltieri
Used them a lot. Because they have such a quick turn around you very rarely have any delays. They're cheap. And they are the only airline I'm aware of that fly from the UK to the airport I want directly.... but there really are no frills. They're all about saving money. I recommend to all of you never to fly with them. agree with you on that for the same reasons, fkin horrible airline. Their airports are in the middle of nowhere in most places too .Flew to their "Frankfurt" and "Dusseldorf" airports once for example and their "Frankfurt" Hahn airport was 2 hours outside by bus by the Luxembourg border! "Dusseldorf`was 90 mins plus away. How they have the cheek to have "Frankfurt" and "Dusseldorf" in their destination names is like false advertising the bassas.........when you factor in the return bus journey`s to the cities and the hassle of the absurd travelling times it`s worth it in the end just to pay the little bit extra to fly on a proper airline like a Lufthansa for example Would not fly with Ryan Scare ever again
Rob W
They are very cheap AND they fly to a lot of places other airlines don't - just compare their flight network with BA for example I'd like to say you get what you pay for when flying but that's not true anyway the only thing you CAN say about Ryanair is that you know what you're going to get and how they'll treat you before booking I avoid them when I can but that isn't always possible

Karjala
They cant be compared to British Airways, American Airlines, Emirates etc... But theyve gave me the chance to go to loads of random cities for weekends away for next to nowt, and also save me about £300 each year on the annual trip up to Lapland. GM
Never flown RyanAir. Always assumed they'd be worse than bmibaby, easyjet or fly-be. And they're bad enough, as far as I'm concerned.
