We need a some pace on the wings to try and keep the ball, although Duff may have to be shot after 20 mins, Smith up front as he is the only so-called striker likely to come back and help out the midfield, potentially giving us a five man midfield with counter attacking (did I just type that?) options. Maybe Lova could come on late and use his pace against some hopefully tired man u legs? Piss poor I agree but in the circumstances what can we do. Taylor Geremi Cacapa Enrique Jonas Smith Martins 5-4-1 Colo as a sweeper - Geremi and Cacapa as a DMs - R. Taylor and Enrique as a wingbacks Hold them off for a hour or so to get the players and crowd confidence up. Take Cacapa off and put Viduka up front and start playing off him. Hopefully they'll take it easy on us although Fergie will be out for revenge for the opening day and they rarely take it easy on anyone. Going to have to play The Duke in this one as we need someone who can hold the ball up otherwise it'll just keep coming back to us. Hopefully this season will be the very last where this club throws large contracts at has beens. This is what has been at the heart of the demise of the club IMO.
