Dunno why but I've never taken to that at all, wrecks the food for me apart from if its a chippy. If you ever cook from scratch it's an absolute necessity. I remember we went to Sainsburys one morning for a 'budget breakfast' - 3 of my mates went to the caff with their bursting wallets for a full english with tea, bread and butter and cake, me and my other skint pal got a big bag of 34p cornflakes each (size of a crisps 12 pack bag), a 29p thingy of milk, shared a bag of 30p sugar and then nicked the sporks from the salad counter.
