wrightstuff83
Well did anyone buy it in? Just for nostalgia a few of us got the beers in ad watched it, was resonably good but the standout was 'taker v. HBK, was unreal match and only went to highlight that my generation (Im 25) of wrestling was and will always be the glory years! Great wee cameo from Stone Cold too, he rocked the place on a quad! AfroP
I normally get mania but did'nt think there was anything in this year to justify the price. last year was good with big show vs floyd mayweather and ric flairs last match against hbk which was quality. but there was no real "wrestlemania moment" this year. randy orton vs HHH = meh cena vs edge vs big show, with all that vicky crap going on = omg meh!! taker vs HBK = meh, taker wins yet again to keep his record diva battle royal = meh, all tits and ass for 2 mins till melina and beth chuck all the birds out, with a smal surprise appearance from gail kim jeff vs matt = meh should have been jeff and christian vs edge and matt ohh and Austin stomping around, drinking beer and saying what just to get ratings up, if he stunners anybody it would be worth it though
wrightstuff83
Can see where you are coming from, however the HBK taker match was one of, if not THE, greatest matches [email protected]! Had everything, HBK was as per the showstopper and taker seens an even beter wrestler now than ever! It was worth the entrance scenes alone! Poor to demean Ston Cold, thi man is the reason for wrestling still being as popular, rather more popluar, than ever!
Guest Heneage
To sound old, I remember when this was all free, Sunday nights sky sports 1, 1am. I never grasped why they began to charge, and honestly it just felt like squeezing more money.

Guest gggg
All the events were free when i watched it. I didnt know they'd started charging for PPV on top of the Sky sports subscription! even the yanks don't charge you twice.

Guest kingdawson
Yeh i watched it. Hbk vs Taker was probably the best match i've ever watched. Some are already calling it the best match ever. The main event was garbage though imo. WWE would rather put over HHH then actually put on a decent match in their biggest ppv of the year. I like the MITB match. Their were a couple of botches but all in all, it was a good match. Kofi and Shelton were the stand out performers. The triple threat match was also a pretty decent match. Everyone knew Cena would end up victorious, but was still a decent match with a very good ending (Cena is incredibly strong). Matt vs Jeff was also a good match. The twist of fate spot at the end was incredible.

pedro111
Im just watching it on a really good quality dodgy feed. Just after JBL said "I quit", they panned the crowd and someone had a sign saying "COME BACK TO NEWCASTLE!" Lol I just caught 'NEWCASTLE' out of the corner of my eye so I had to rewind to check! pedro111
Steamboat was fantastic!, if they had just made it Jericho Vs Steamboat they probably could have come up with an all time great match! Having said that, its crap to see Y2J and Christian given such terrible spots on the card. BTW, if anyone wants a link to it feel free to pm me... Guest kingdawson
Steamboat out performed hhh. He was immense. There did seem like there were a lot of Footy fans in the crowd. Saw a gigantic wolves banner, and spotted a few Liverpool fans.

Honestly Steamboat blew me away, he was immense, those hip tosses are classic, like i say, he should have went one on one with Jericho.

Lenny
When HBK back flipped to the outside and landed on the floor it looked horrible. There were a few landings throughout the event that made you wonder wether it was actually meant to look that bad. Undertaker diving head first into the camera man looked potentially nasty. I think Shelton did a couple where it looked like he landed head first on the floor as well. A couple of the fuck up's in the MITB match probably hurt, and Matt Hardy's twist of fate to Jeff in the chair also looked quite horrible. Wasn't a bad event overall. Rocker
Kids ITS NOT REAL! We all know, idiot. Wrestling fans don't believe it's real anymore, they get entertained regardless. Anyway, the matches are predetermined, but try telling Droz wrestling isn't real.
