Dave
Griffin or similar. Anyone got one? Would you recommend it? Particularly interesting in hearing from people with newer cars as I've heard they can be sketchy when your aerial is at the back. I'm looking at perhaps purchasing this one: http://www.amazon.co.uk/Griffin-iTrip-Auto-Transmitter-iPod/dp/B000BWACX2

Is there anything for the Iphone/Itouch that does Radio or is Itrip the only way ? What do you mean? iTrips don't do radio, they broadcast the iPod over FM so your car radio can pick it up. If you want radio for your stolen iPhone, buy an app called WunderRadio, it's quality.

Fugazi
I've got an iTtrip, though I dont use it now as the new car has got MP3 Player connectability via an Aux lead. The sound quality isn't amazing, but that was never too much af a concern for me, it's decent but not crystal clear (though it does depend on the quality of the MP3s obviously). As long as you find a decent spot to put it in your car then it's fine.

And I'm not talking about that Iphone I had one myself already the found one has been returned to its owner. Have you tried Last FM is that any good? SEMTEX
I don't love the iTrip tbh, it's just too poor quality and full of signal fail.

Nobody
I've got one (not the one you posted, but similar), works well enough. It's not perfect, especially not when in town, but when driving in the countryside it's usually spot on.
