Guest Ridzuan
How do you think he will do? He is given the role of James Bond in its latest movie,Casino Royale which is schedule to be shown on 17th November.I cant wait for it,but after watching the trailer,I think it will be a good movie and he is the perfect man for the role. Kaizero
I have rather high hopes for this film. I admit being one of the sceptical folks about Craig doing the Bond part. But as time passed by I've grown to given him the benefit of the doubt. And now, a few days before the premiere. I can't say I'm not excited to see how he'll manage as Bond. BlufPurdi
I think it'll be good. Whether he is your stereotypical Bond remains to be seen, but it needed a fresh approach as it was bordering on the ridiculous. It's about the only Bond in years I'd remotely even consider going to the cinema to see.
Guest Toon Sarnie
Isn't Casino Royale the Bond film that wasn't a Bond film? David Niven originally wasn't it? Give him a go, see what happens. Ilike Daniel Craigs other films that I've seen. Its not like they're trying to replace Rocky/Indiana Jones/ The Terminator is it?
Guest Invicta_Toon
it's a prequel
James
I think once people get adapted to the darkness of the film (not to mention that it was a prequel set in 2006 when Bond1 was set in 1962) people will like it. The press saw the film last weekend, and all except the Guardian gave it a good write up, and it was pretty obvious that the 'Bond fan' who wrote it was not much of a Bond fan, for instance, he stated that The World Is Not Enough was the last Bond film. Guest Magnetic North
This bloke seems quite intense and looks as though he can kick arse more convincingly than the post-Connery Bonds. It's looking promising.
James
This bloke seems quite intense and looks as though he can kick arse more convincingly than the post-Connery Bonds. It's looking promising. Dalton could kick arse, but had no charm, and wasn't the best actor either.
Yorkie
Looks immense on the trailers, and i think it's the most expensive one yet? Daniel Craig should do alright i reckon. He's a good actor.

James
Going to watch it tonight. I'm what you could call a very big Bond fan, so couldn't go through the opening weekend without seeing it.

James
Definitely the best Bond movie since the early Moore era, probably my 5th favourite at the moment, but the position will probably be revised after several viewings when it comes onto DVD. Of the 22 Bond films, I would rank them as followed: 1. Goldfinger 2. From Russia With Love 3. Dr. No 4. The Spy Who Loved Me 5. Casino Royale 6. You Only Live Twice 7. Live and Let Die 8. Goldeneye 9. On Her Majesty's Secret Service 10. Never Say Never Again 11. Thunderball 12. The Living Daylights 13. For Your Eyes Only 14. The Man With The Golden Gun 15. Tomorrow Never Dies 16. License to Kill 17. The World Is Not Enough 18. Moonraker 19. Octopussy 20. Die Another Day 21. A View to a Kill 22. Diamonds Are Forever
