By landmass do you mean picking up the country and putting it on some scales? Because there's no way it has the 13th biggest area is there?

They own Greenland, so that counts for their "grand total".

Denmark is the 13th largest country in the world in terms of landmass.

Any others?

I'm going to contest that on a technicality.  Greenland has the 13th largest land mass and it is part of the Kingdom of Denmark which isn't technically a country.

The Kingdom of Denmark (Danish: Kongeriget Danmark.ogg Kongeriget Danmark (help·info), IPA: [ˈd̥ænmɑɡ̊], (archaic:) IPA: [ˈd̥anmɑːɡ̊], or Danmarks Rige), is a constitutional monarchy and a community consisting of three autonomous parts: Denmark in northern Europe, the Faroe Islands in the North Atlantic, and Greenland in North America,

Sorry to be pedantic but I'm absolutely bored out of my brains :)

Villareal only has a population of about 30,000

I found that amazing when I found out

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Villarreal

48k odd apparently.

The population of Villarreal could fill St James Park.. that's madness.

Many of the stars that we stare at each night died millions of years ago and are no longer there.

How do they know that? What do they base their calculations on? Stumps me everytime.

I think they probably work it out from censuses of the population. SJP has a capacity of 52,000 so if the number is less than that then they'll probably fit. No witchcraft required.
