Ok, i have a jumper i need to wash, but nobody is about (or answering calls) who knows how to use a washing machine.

All i know is it is 50% cotton 50% Acrylic and has a stain on the front that i have doused in vanish.

Any help would be wonderful (Catmag, Blufescu(w/e) or alreetlike)

Needs to be a high temp, around 90c. You want a long cycle too.

Find the prog dial and the start button.

and no fabric conditioner for wool.

then half an hour in the tumble dryer should do fine.

I've never washed anything on 90 before, seems a bit like the nuclear option! Maybe towels and white bed sheets I guess.

I normally just stick everything on a very low temperature and short wash, but then I'm not tackling many serious stain situations.

50 degrees and around 40-50 minutes should do.

It's what I've usually used and none of my wool stuff has shrunk yet.

Its cotton not wool.

she'll get you you know.

Didnt know there was another woman on these boards...
