Guest Geordiesned
Is anyone running the Great North 10K in Sunderland next Sunday? If so have you been sent your race pack (number, race info, etc) yet?

Guest Geordiesned
51.01 which I was pretty disappointed with. Think I've burnt myself out a bit doing too much over the last couple of weeks. Had hardly any energy. Still good prep for the great north run though. My mate did it in 38 minutes and finished 49th overall! Only 3 women finished ahead of him and 1 of them ran in last year's Olympics!
Shearer9
51 is hardly terrible for a 10k tbf, gj.
Stu
yeah, good race - what was the course like, many hills or quite flat? was tempted to do it but was in Preston the night before so gave it a miss. Planning on the Great Yorkshire 10k in September before the GNR a couple of weeks after. Did just over 12k in 58'10" tonight despite feeling like shit for most of it
