toonpete1892
Wish I was there, I'll just have to settle with a few cans and bbc3's coverage ...
colinmk
Been nearly every year since 2002. Not going this year because the line-up is shite and it's losing it's good atmosphere imo.
davy_fulla
My mates go every year and I've never been due to having to work. My days off at work got changed today so I could have gone. Trying desparately now to get a ticket. I won one on ebay from a lass in chester-le-st today but the daft bitch has bailed on me. Back at square 1 and well pissed off!!!! colinmk
The sound on BBC3 right now is shocking! Whoever is mixing it should be shot.
davy_fulla
Bit the bullet and got myself a ticket off Ticketmaster. Our lass is OK about (until I get ready to leav in the morning probably!). Shud be canny.
toonpete1892
Fingers crossed the bbc sort the sound out tonight as last night and Glasto suffered because of it (although the effort to cross them will probably be wasted). Was there to see the Killers back in 2006 and to take a quote from Edith Bowman, it was simply 'Amazing!'
Mowen
Each to their own, but I say Killers at Leeds last year, and to take a quote from me, it was simply 'Shite!'
Andy
Thought The Killers were pretty good last night tbf, and I generally dislike them. Brandon Flowers sang better live than I expected.
TaylorJ_01
Funnily enough, my band had our CD launch night on Friday night in Glasgow. After it finished who should show up at the venue but The Killers! The guitarist and the bass player actually. We gave them our new CD for free and they bloody signed it and gave it back! They were refusing to pay because they said they 'were quite famous'. Didn't even look at us once and refused to respond to anything we said and talked over us while we were talking to them, The groupies were really nice though, strangely. Anyway, doesn't sound like they done anything particularly bad but they have no class. Met alot of musicians and they are always happy to say hello. They were generally just dour, smug, arrogant cunts. I realise it must be annoying but they didn't need to act like they did. Nevertheless Brandon Flowers seems like an alright guy. They look like a bunch of cunts anyway. Doesn't cost anything to be polite.
LesPaul
Blur might be pulling out of their headline tonight. Coxon is in hospital. Heard bad reports from Oxegen about their performance Friday night too
