anyone on here got any tips?

looked at halfords at an apollo slalom, £160, they didnt havr them in stock but i can get one on tuesday.

http://www.halfords.com/webapp/wcs/stores/servlet/ProductDisplay?storeId=10001&mpe_id=62857&cm_cr=No+Campaign-_-Web+Activity-_-ML+142169-_-PRODHOME_ESPOTCAROUSEL-_-Apollo+Slalom+Mens+full+suspension+Mountain+Bike&intv_id=122905&partNumber=142169&evtype=CpgnClick&langId=-1&catalogId=10151&ddkey=ClickInfo

mate, go for a specialised bike

I went for the Hardrock and she went for the Myka.  Both have  been excellent so far, we got them for 245 each down from 293 in the sale.

I've got a Hardrock, must be almost 10 years old, great bike.
