Wullie
Halfwits who bought a flat next to a nightclub deserve what they get imo. Great shame.

Keefaz
Wasn't that great anyway, imo. Sorry.
Interpolic
I heard last night and wasn't happy about it. Haven't been for a while since moving down South but it was an unusual place with a lot of character. We tended to have a good night there and no amount of swish new clubs make a blind bit of difference. The situation's similar to Foundation in that respect but nowhere near on the same level - now that place is a big miss.
Jill
Heard about this the other week. Big shame, I've not been in a while but used to go almost constantly a few years back. Loads of good times.
Neil
Can't compare it to what it may have been like in past years but whenever I've been in the past 12 months, I've really enjoyed it. A lot of character, a bit quirky, something old yet refreshing. A great shame.

Guest ObiChrisKenobi
Its a shame like, if only because it was where my mate started his musical career several years ago!

Neil
I trust they will preserve the old building though? Yeah, it's a Grade 1 listed building I think. Just stopping its use as a nightclub.
mattynufc
Was on Look North last night that the guys who own it were told it could be sound proofed quite economically and that Coucil would help in it I think. But they closed it anyways. It will re-open, it is just a great publicity stunt from the owners as it will only take a month or so to get it sound proofed and then they can have a re-launch week. In time for students coming back.

See, I heard it was getting turned into flats. Just off me brother like, might be hearsay.
