Someone posted a link on my facebook page which was a review of some homeplugs and they said they were the BEST homeplugs they'd ever used, flawless over a period of 4 weeks. Erm.. yeah. If the circuits aren't linked at all, then it won't work. You could probably link them by running an ethernet cable from 1 of the ports on the ground floor to 1 of the ports on the first floor... I guess?
