Surely owes us more than that if he is a man of his word. What he did say was that he was going to subsidise the club with 20 million pounds every season. In the last couple of years the money that he's put in has been used to pay wages. If there's anything left over after the wage bill has taken a bite out of the £20m Hughton can probably use that for transfers, but fuck knows who he'll be able to buy for the 20p that's left.
