Guest hindu times
My girlfriends grandpa has just bought a laptop, and I'm setting up the internet and everything for him. Problem is, their Talk Talk wireless router's WLAN light isn't on, and I'd imagine it should be flashing or on solid. The laptop therefore can't find a connection. Any ideas how to fix the router quickly? Tried switching it on and off and no luck.
SEMTEX
You not tried ethernetting into it and checking the settings for the router? Wireless could well just be disabled?
James
If there are a lot of routers around in the neighbourhood, there might be another router transmitting a frequency that will stop yours working. May be worth consulting router instructions to find out how you change the channel of the router.
