TRC
As I think I'm passed the going out and getting smashed every weekend thing these days I've realised I don't really know what to do with my time. Just wondering what good things there is to do in Newcastle, no matter how obscure. Was thinking of hitting the Hyena Cafe sometime, whats that like? Ronaldo
All I do when i'm in Newcastle is sleep, eat, watch football and go to the gym, which is partly why I moved. Go to a stripclub.

madras
the hyena cafe, like most comedy caf type things is very much dependent on who's on on the night. could be good one night, cack the next. musically we have the cluny, cumberland, head of steam as cheapish places for local and not so headline bands. the theatre is canny and some decent local stuff can be found at the live theatre on the quayside. the museum of antiquities is one of the best of its kind (romans in britain stuff). have a look through "the crack" magazine (free and available in lots of pubs) which has quite a comprehensive listings section.
