Crumpy Gunt
Have been asked by ACER to do the above process in order to try and eliminate one or two problems I've had with this £470 two month old laptop which they are hoping will save me (and them) the hassle of actually sorting a repair. Fair enough as I'd rather not be without my lappy for the duration of repair. But, IE has the majority of my favourites saved so I'm wondering is there any way to save the favourites to an external device to reload after the reset. Lost them all a while back when my computer crashed. Right fuck on getting them back.

Firefox and Chrome offer their own stuff which has made their business model not able to compete. Firefox's is quite good as it save's your open tabs on your desktop to open on your mobile etc
