Depends on what I am eating.

Although, I do know a guy who puts brown sauce on everything and I mean everything.

:lol::lol:

i'm a big fan of mustard mayonnaise, always a winner with meat.

Essential for almost every sandwich.

Burgers without ketchup just make no sense, though,

Ketchup and French's mustard essentially makes a burger like.

With Burgers I have mayonnaise on the top half of the bun, next to the salad and cheese, then on the bottom half of the bun goes relish, so its touching the meat.

Little bit of mayo on the bun, yeah. Naturally. Still. Cheddar, mushrooms, tomato, onion. Then Ketchup. Occasionally a slice of bacon.

Usually just have relish/onion chutney if I'm having a fancy/homemade burger rather than Tommy K.

Ciabatta style bun

relish/chutney

rocket

slice of chorizo

burger (medium)

mature cheddar / mozzarella

bottom of bun

Burgerlicious.

Hope we get some decent weather this year, love a bbq with lush home made burgers.

I'm a proper condiment freak.  Constantly trying a new one.  All depends what I'm eating though.  Went through a phase of putting mango chilli sauce on loads of stuff.

General rule though - tomato sauce on sausage sarnies, brown sauce on bacon.

What about bacon wrapped sausages?
