    • Curry
    • Lee & Perrins
    • HP
    • Piccalilli (technically a pickle if you're being a tosser)
    • Chinese hot & sour
    • Teriyaki
    • Salsa
    • Wasabi - toro toro toro!
    • Peri peri
    • I don't like hot sauces, I'm a big girl's blouse

I love spicey stuff, but if you want something a little milder, you can't beat Sharwoods Sweet Chili Sauce.  Mixed with mayonnaise.  On a burger.  It's just divine.

Too subtle for me Gem.  I prefer the slash and burn option  bluebiggrin.gif

I read once about a chili sauce that you can buy somewhere in the States, New Mexico I think it was, where you have to sign a waiver when you buy it.  Apparently it's so hot that people have been known to go temporarily blind when they eat it, as their other senses have shut down while their body tries to cope with the overload.  Now THAT is a fucking hot sauce.

I remember that too!  Of course the Americans love their eating competitions, they hold chilli eating contests which are usually won by Mexicans......if you've any taste buds at all, basically you've got no chance  bluebiggrin.gif

Peri Peri sauce?

It's basically a chilli sauce but

Aye Peri Peri/Pirri Pirri is probs my personal favourite - Nandos pirri/tomato sauce is my new sauce of choice on burger etc.

I think it's easy to make - garlic, pureed chilli and olive oil.  Of course it's even easier to buy it.....

Exactly.  Tell that to the ASS REAPER, Parky.

 A splash of Ass Reaper on his BK double and Parky'd be weeping on the toilet, for DAYS

Weeping from his REAPED ASS.

I think the word you muppets are looking for is condiments.

When I cook I tend to 'make' sauces from scratch. bluebiggrin.gif

What kind of buffoon would call Picalilli a sauce?

You can bluster all you want.  You can't hide from the ASS REAPER, Parky

  Do you ever wonder why you can never get tomato sauce in Burger King?

"BK double and a sachet of tomato condiment please"

"Wha?"
