Neymar. :megusta: He's on another planet for the national team.

Also, before Tite we were 6th with 9points in 6 games, now we're 1st with 33 points, 9 points ahead of 2nd placed in 14 games having scored 25 and conceded twice in that 8 games span. And first team apart from hosts Russia to qualify for the WC.

Vickery was saying the other day that without Messi and Mascherano, Argentina are a completely average team. Both missing for the game tonight now (Mascherano suspended too).

Considering this team i have to concur.

It looks f***ing trash

State of that Argie team; Jeez no wonder they are struggling

The team they didn't have available through injury/suspension/ignorance would beat the one they fielded last night.

Rulli - Zabaleta, Mercado, Otamendi, Mas - Pastore, Mascherano, Biglia, Gaitan - Messi, Higgy

That defense is still horrible. Although they have enough fire power to do what Brazil did in 2002. Struggle in the qualifiers and then win it all. Bit scared that might happen.

Oh aye, they've a couple of half decent defensive players full stop.

Was reading something the other day suggesting their FA is totally broke too. Messi has been paying for some of the travel etc. and Bauza is managing for nowt (might explain his work).

Quick, get them to hold up a sign about Los Malvinas next match to distract them all again for a bit about the criminal mismanagement of their country and finances. Worked last time

Penarol lost at home to Palmeiras 3-2 last nighta and as in standard South American fashion Penarol players went after Palmeiras players with fists and shit. There's a clip of Felipe Melo punching someone in the fact as well. Pathetic.

Nacional from Uruguay beat Chapecoense yesterday in the Libertadores qualifier away from home. However, images have emerged of some of their supporters simulating an airplane and crash towards the Chapecoense fans. Despicable attitude. Can't believe how far some people are willing to go because of a football match.
