On-line shopping security problem

I get the green padlock all the way throughout the purchasing process until I click on the first box where I enter my card details; that's when the green padlock changes to this-

Anyone know why?

Because it's taking you to a different site that processes the payment. By the looks of it the green means that Google has the initial site in some database, but not the payment gateway. Sagepay is owned by Sage, which is based in the toon, and is mahussive, and canny.

The non-secure resources are likely to be shit like background images and lots of nonsense that no-one gives a shit about.

What is the site you're actually trying to buy from? That'd be more useful than a screenshot from when you're in Gmail..

It's all the same, mate. Never mind, I managed to order now through Amazon and everything is OK.

Mind you, on some sites, for example William Hill when entering bank details to deposit, it gives you the white sheet icon instead of the padlock.
