Bielsa is the fantasy appointment but hard to see a man who does as much due dilegence as him going into Everton as they're currently run or even just to go in mid-season and I don't think he's the guy you want for the remainder of the season just to get enough points to stay up Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...

Going into game after game where you have to win to avoid the drop keeps you connected to the team in a bit of a frenzied way, it’s a mixture of utter shit anxiety and frustration coupled with sweet relief when you scrape a point. Right now, it’s the great mixture of anxiety about whether we get three points each game and the amazing joy of playing well every game. Keggy_Keagal Posted January 23, 2023 Share Posted January 23, 2023 If they get Bielsa he won't stand for any messing from the club like previous managers have had to put up with . As he's always done he'll give a list of the players he doesn't want, they won't be near the first team squad for training and he will rule every iota of that club or he walks. The mid week Murderball session will sort out the shithouses. In all honesty, though I adore Bielsa's coaching, if Everton get him I don't think he can keep them up . His style of play is based on a hard running game and I'm not convinced it can be properly instilled mid season.
